Congratulations! You look great for having just run a 5k at 9:30 AM! And under 30 minutes! That's great! And what activities after. I wish they were all like that in Utah. Good job!!!!! You look like you've lost weight too!
Congrat's on your race. I have to agree with Hannah, you look great after running for 30 minutes. It sounds like it was a lot of fun.
