I started to exercise, mildly, at two weeks after she was born, and now that she is almost 6 weeks old, I am able to go for it all the way! I got a bike from a friend, and I try to ride it often. I've also started to run again, and this morning I ran 1 1/2 miles. Not too bad, for not doing it in quite awhile! Anyway- I'm nursing, so I feel like I'm eating CONSTANTLY!!! I just have to work on eating the right kinds of foods, and I should be okay. I think I'm going to start writing down the things I eat, and maybe that will help me. Anyway, I'm still walking a few times a week, doing the elipticle, riding my bike, and running. I need to try to do some more toning exercises now that I have the okay from the doctor. Wish me luck!Goals this week...
