OK, I have 7 weeks to loose a few more pounds before I go in for my wonderful yearly exam. I have not been for about 4 years and figure I better go in. The last time I went I was about 30 pounds heavier and I know the DR will be happy with the lose, but I was hoping to be to my goal weight before I had to go in. So I am upping my game. I was up at 5am to do my Tae Bo (sp) workout and I did a Firm workout this afternoon when I got home from work. My plan is to continue to 2 a days and on the days I don't work, go walk/run in the mornings and continue with my firm work out because it has the weight lifting workouts.
I have also decided to give up treats and sweets until Easter and than I have to have my chocolate eggs.

2 a day??? Wow. Good for you! I'm sure the doctor will be so proud of you! Good luck the next few weeks. I have a hard time giving up mini cadbury eggs at Easter time. I need to be more self-disciplined!!!
