Week Recap

So it looks like I could've done a little better with the treats this week. I was hoping to do only 3 desserts total, but couldn't seem to stop picking at leftover carmel cake ALL day on Wednesday! Ugh. So...I had a few more treats then planned, but still did pretty good........besides Wednesday. I exercised Monday-Saturday and worked out for at least 40 minutes each day.

I am going to shoot for 3 treats again all week, and exercise Monday-Saturday and also add one more goal for this week. NOTHING to eat after 7pm for 5 of the 7 days this week. That's a hard one for me, since I tend to snack and eat junk after the kids go to bed at night. I'm going to work extra hard on that one this week. I'll let you know how I did next Sunday!!!

Oh...by the way, I've lost about 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks, and a certain pair of pants that use to be too tight now fit!!! So...something is obviously happening. I guess I just need to keep up my motivation. Thanks for helping girls!

That's great you lost 3 lbs Cami! I'm proud of you! That feeling of fitting into a smaller pair of jeans is awesome. :D

I was told once that having a bad day is ok. It's the having a lot of bad days in a row then they turn into weeks and months that can get a person. Sounds like you're back on track though! GL this week with not eating after 7pm, that's a great goal!
