I have decided to have a day of fun and eat whatever I feel like today. I have not gone crazy, but I really think I needed a day like today. I made a really good salsa (check out my blogsite, I posted it on there) and had chips, which I never have and bought some candy to eat with some popcorn tonight while watching a movie at home with hubby. I even made banna, peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies, too die for and had one (okay two).
Doing this had really helped me in my slump of working out and dieting. Back to eating healthy tomorrow and working out on Monday.

What a good idea! (Well, as long as I can control myself, to just one day!)
It's nice to just have a break once in a while. Helps me keep perspective.

It was great. I loved having yesterday to have what I want and it made me WANT to continue to eat healthy and to workout again.
I felt really sluggish and not motivated at all to get anything done yesterday and by last night I felt GROSS. So I am back and ready to give it 100% again.
